Job Description :
- Setup NRI Banking Products and Retail Remittances Business
- Create Business Alliances with other Banks, Financial Institutions and Vendors
- Ensure all regulatory compliance to NRI and remittance products
- Constantly engage with internal Risk, Compliance, Process, Operations, Treasury, Branch Banking and Customer Service Teams in order to ensure well-coordinated product development and Management
- Planning for Annual Business Estimates basis Industry Trends and Feedback from Sales & Branch Banking Teams
- Ensure development of policies for healthy mix of products in the portfolio
- Create a data driven environment amongst sales and service teams to ensure superior customer services
Experience :
- Guide the channel on methods for high quality business growth
- Ensure that website and digital channels of the Bank are updated on time to support the business
- Drive Marketing campaigns with help of marketing teams and sales teams
- Credit a robust model of Digital acquisition of NRI clients across geographies.
- Ensure regular and robust monitoring mechanism for closure of Digital leads
- Support the sales team for all mid and large size deals
- The position shall be evaluated basis NRI business growth across all regions
