Position: AVP/DVP - Regional CEO's Office (Business Strategy)
Reports to: Senior VP - Regional CEO's Office (Business Strategy)
Job location: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering on Marketing Project/s Revenue NPV and Advocacy targets for select Marketing Project/s within region by coordinating efforts across customer facing functions.
Key responsibilities will include :
Support for setting the medium term (3-6 months +) agenda for various customer facing functions and help prepare for the same. Co-ordinating functional efforts to meet the agenda priorities:
- Sales
- Marketing activities
- Customer Care activities
- Driving Customer advocacy and creating value for customers through various initiatives including:
- Community building
- Enabling rental of units
- Loyalty sales enablement
- City/Facilities Management/Hospitality: - Monitoring quality standards and ensuring delivery against standards
- Working closely with the Operations Strategy counterpart on the project (Development
Manager/Operations Manager) to ensure that Operations delivers all that is necessary to meet the
NPV plan
Candidate Profile:
- Has to have 3-4 yrs of experience working with top consulting firms
- Stakeholder management
- Education: MBA (Premier B School)
