Job Description - AVP Delivery

- Responsible for P/L of his account- will manage multiple projects for end to end implementation

- Will be managing Insurance domain projects

Reporting to: Director Delivery

Requisites Education:

- Engineering Graduate with an MBA from Reputed Institute

Experience (years):

- 13+ years total experience including 5+ years Project Management experience

- A functional person who has done project management

Industry / Technology background: Software Development Project in Insurance domain

Location: Mumbai

Key Functions

- Primary ongoing responsibility is P/L of his account- and will manage multiple projects for end to end implementation

Competencies Essential:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience in handling /managing Insurance domain projects

- A functional person who has done project management

- CRM knowledge

- 5+ years of experience successfully managing various IT projects for an end to end implementation simultaneously.

- 2+ years of managing cross-functional teams in an onshore-offshore distributed team environment.

- 2+ years of experience in managing Agile teams with a detailed understanding of agile methodologies and how to implement them.

- Should have worked with foreign clients.

- Experience of working with medium to large scale IT projects

- Experience of all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

- Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools.

- Makes decisions and takes timely independent action in pursuit of priorities.

- Understands key project metrics
