AVP Debt Syndication ( Fintech) - Ability to understand client's funding requirement - Ability to determine the right financing solution and working out the effective cost of capital - Deep understanding of small company financials in the MSME and/or healthcare space and providing cost effective solution - Strong relationships across banks (both private and public) and NBFCs - Strong financial structuring skills - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to have a good engagement model so that group becomes a first port of call for their client's financing needs - Client is a registered NBFC with the RBI and is backed by marquee investors. - Intends to recruit highly dynamic, Entrepreneur mindset oriented AVP Syndication who will be responsible to set up an in-house vertical of syndication for company for its existing clients. - In order to be successful in this vertical, it intends to undertake strategic syndication for its existing clients. By syndicating various types of financing for them, company intends to provide entire financing solution as one stop solution
