Our client is a consumer financial services company headquartered in US. They are looking for AVP for their Credit Innovation Team.

Job Description :

As AVP, your responsibilities will include:

- Support the development of the Analytics Platform initiative

- Lead Credit Innovation team and provide thought leadership to the team

- Engage with external and internal parties to understand data from different sources

- Analyze and explore datasets to find opportunities for fraud / credit innovation through data analytics.

- Excellent Communication skills to be able to present findings to senior management

Profile:

As a successful candidate, you need to have:

-  8+ years experience with data/analytics in the banking/financial services industry, credit/fraud strategy, modeling

- Proficiency in Python, R, Statistical/Predictive modeling and machine learning techniques like random forest, XGBOOST, Neural network, Clustering, Decision trees etc.
