Assistant Vice President - Cost Allocation - Investment Bank (8-12 yrs)
AVP Cost Allocation- Investment Bank- Pune
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of Allocations process, including timely delivery of monthly allocations reports
- Responsible for human capital management, training & development, and managing attrition
- Responsible for Quarterly Access reviews, team cost review and access controls
- Developing, implementing and maintaining appropriate controls, reconciliations and process documentation
- Supporting the Business Divisions in explaining allocations to the business divisions and corporate functions
- Delivering high-quality responses to information requests
- Ownership of Balance Sheet Accounts and Reconciliation
- Maintain allocation systems, follow application issues to closure
Specification:
- CA or MBA Finance with minimum 8-12 years- experience in either or a combination of Banking, Financial Services or Audit & Advisory services industry.
- Previous experience in Cost Allocations, FP&A, Forecasting & Budgeting
- Good understanding of cost allocations concepts and practices
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to communicate appropriately with people at all levels within the organization
