JOB INTENT :
The responsibility of this position shall be a central co-ordination of PAN India sales & marketing initiatives, thus aiding sales team in improving their productivity & efficiency. Relationship management and Market networking for better Zonal sale alignment & build market prospecting of the Zone. This position will report to the Head - Business Development.

Sales Acumen :
- Market and Competitive intelligence - knowledge, network and application
- Sales force effectiveness - tracking and developing
Marketing Acumen and Analytics :
- Knowledge of Mutual Fund industry
- Knowledge of MF distribution business model
- Market insight gathering and related data analytics
- Database management for marketing promotions and tracking their impact
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ownership of the entire number target responsibility of the Zones.
a. AAAUM Target -Zone wise
b. Revenue Target - Zone wise
c. Net Sales targets under Equity and Debt category - Zone wise
d. SIP Targets of the Retail Team - Zone wise
e. New Folios & New Client Acquisition for both Retail & Institutional Team.
- KRA of Sales Team - Goal setting parameters for Sales Team depending on their profile. Half Yearly/ Yearly Evaluation of their performance based on Target vs Achievement data as per GS parameters.
- Coordination with HR for Head count requirement for each Zone, based on HR budget.
- STR (Suspicious Transaction Report) - coordination with Branches for closing the report
- NISM - Tracking renewal date of NISM of Sales Team
- Marketing Expenses Budget. Working on Annual Marketing Expenses budget for Sales Team. Tracking the same on monthly basis, eligibility vs expenses incurred.
- Vouchers on Sales Promotion activities done by Branches i.e. Marketing Expenses/ MFD Meet etc.
- Area Managers conference - Coordination with HR for date finalization. PPT template, Felicitation etc.
- RM Mapping - process note on RM mapping on annual basis and to check on adherence of the same by Sales Team.
- Follow up with MIS for daily/weekly/fortnightly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly data.
- To ensure smooth functioning of CUBOT software.
- Distribution of Diwali Gift /Diary based on the budget allotted
- Opening of New Area Office - Internal Note/ Board approval
- Training program for CSEs
- Review of performance of the team with the Zonal Heads and acting on the suggested corrective actions.
- All sales related issues with respective Zones(including presenting review reports and target achievement status to the senior management).
- Sales support to entire Sales Team
- Manage Reward & Recognition for Sales Team & Distribution Partners - Design, Communication Monitoring & Claw-back etc.
- Tracking Sandbox Internship plan
- Review of local conveyance given to Sales Team
- Creative E-Magazine for Sales Team for their achievement on Monthly basis.
- DTER recovery if any from Distributors
