Assistant Vice President - Corporate HR - NBFC

We are looking for a AVP Corporate HR Mumbai with one of our clients based out of Mumbai. Our client is one of the NBFCs

- He will be strategically supporting the talent scheme for the company. The incumbent will craft, drive and govern the talent strategy to support the vision and support deliverable.

- He is involved into talent strategy, reviewing HR policies, performance management, compensation

- He should have 8-12 years of experience in compensation, OD, talent management and acquisition. A pure Corporate HR candidate with Tier 1/2 pedigree would only be looked at for this role.

- We are looking at candidates from BFSI sector preferably from Banks/NBFC with corporate HR and TM experience.
