- Contemporary HR Polices & Process, Process assessment and review
- Payroll Management - Across company, Band-1 payroll, Comp & Ben, benefits management, employee insurance management
- Employee Engagement initiatives and action planning, OD and Best Employer initiatives
- HR Digitalization/automation initiatives - DDC, SAP, HRMS, Functional Apps, Process Mgmtetc.
- Build learning culture, L&D, emp competency development, , e-learning, IDPs, Knowledge Management, Leadership Training
- Performance mgt system, annual/mid-year appraisal, Counselling & PIPs
- Change Management, Business Excellence, HR Excellence, Employee Involvement & TQM initiatives
- HR Analytics, Dash boards, budgeting process and periodical MIS reports
Candidate
Full Time MBA-HR / MHRM / MSW/ PGDBA-HR from reputed institutions. Certified/Trained in HR Analytics, BEI, Training, HR/Business Excellence. Certified/Trained in computer applications and MS. Office basic & advanced Tools
