Job Description :
Responsibilities :
a. Enhance the organization effectiveness by designing people related systems & processes.
b. Learning and organizational development, Talent management
c. Execute of HR activities related to Corporate HR functions (C&B, Recruitment, Policies & Procedures, etc.)
d. Execute of projects related to PMS Cycle, Structuring of Comp & Ben, Management Development & Succession Planning & other policies.
e. Benchmark & create world class / forward looking policies & procedures, using polls, etc. for effectiveness.
f. Create effective organization structure that aid BU's functions strategically.
g. Manage Hi Pots & Succession Life cycles.
h. Initiate Employee Engagement Practices.
i. Lead & Implement Training & Development strategies.
j. Create & determine HRMIS & Budgets.
k. Manage strategic and international hiring for the company.
