Assistant Vice President - Compensation & Benefits - Bank (6-9 yrs)
Our client is an MNC bank having strong presence in Asia.
Candidate should have 6-9 years experience in compensation and benefits.
Role:
- Will be responsible for managing compensation and benefits for the bank and the shared services.
- Will have to assist the compensation & benefits leader of the bank to execute Board level initiatives.
- Should be able to make compensation bench marking/ Job bands/ job evaluation.
- Should design innovative benefits models for the employees.
- Should work jointly with HR analytics team on compensation & benefits projects.
