Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for designing and implementing compensation & benefit and rewards related policies for the company.
- Responsible for effective maintenance of all rewards related databases.
- Drive regular review and support implementation of HR system upgrades and patches when required.
- Need to look after end-to-end compensation process, planning, budget setting and the year-end promotion.
- Communicates and implements policies pertaining to ESOP and other Benefit programs.
- Responsible for compensation benchmarking.
- Facilitate design and communication of reward value proposition and plan administration.
- Evaluate the current compensation practices through internal and external research of performance benchmarks and critical indicators such as turnover statistics, recruitment success studies, equity studies and salary range variance analyses.
- Will be responsible to oversee and supervise payroll functions of the organizations.
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Requirements :
- MBA from a top MBA institute.
- A minimum of 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources with compensation and benefits experience.
- Strong analytical skills and great attention to details.
- Ability to manage various deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills, good interpersonal skills to deal with higher levels.
