Our client is a reputed financial services captive at multiple places in India with strong focus on technology development.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize, plan & execute the entire campus hiring program for the technology team.
- Managing the recruitment, joining and induction for the graduates and interns.
- Partner with business leaders to advice and influence decisions on candidate selections from the recommended campuses.
- Engage technology-based universities for building & developing long term relationship. .
- Responsible for managing budget and bring in hiring cost optimization.
- Drive and implement employer branding initiatives for the campuses assinged to this role.
Preferred Candidate:
- Should have extensively worked in technology campus hires with minimum 4-5 years of of the overall HR experience.
- Experience of hiring fresh graduates in Tech space from undergraduate schools (B. Tech NITs and the likes).
- Ability to build relationships and manage senior stakeholders.
