- Playing a pivotal role in tracking the design and implementation of the Global Target Operating Model (TOM)
- Contributing to the design and owning the following aspects associated with various large-scale, complex and strategic global/ regional
- Devising and implementing required Governance frameworks, associated project management processes e.g. reporting, progress tracking etc.
- Leading and driving the global BoW management process
- Playing an active and lead role in the Global Business Performance Reporting program to measure the effectiveness of the function
- Engaging in business management activities such as cost management, headcount management, migration support etc.
- Playing a key role in the continued build out of this capability/ team in Bangalore
- Engaging effectively with and developing/ managing good relationship with all stakeholders
- Compiling high quality presentations/ MIS for senior management and relevant stakeholders
- Actively promoting a positive risk culture
- Delivering any ad- hoc projects assigned from time to time related to transformation/ re-engineering
- Sharing knowledge, skills and experience with team members to guide and assist in their development
Demonstrating/ building proficiency and expertise on required tools/ technologies
- Background in Banking/ Investment Banking and Markets will be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience as a Project/ Program manager, Business Change, Business Management or related role
- Strong delivery focus is essential
- Excellent attention to detail - deliverables will need to be completed to the highest standard as they will be presented to senior stakeholders
- The role requires a proactive and articulate individual, comfortable with dealing with senior management and able to distil key messages and tailor output to the audience
- Strong stakeholder management skills - Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to take disparate tasks and build a structured framework to manage against
- Prior experience of developing of MIS/ metrics and advanced data visualisation skills
- Ability to challenge and question in a constructive way
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work on multiple allocated initiatives simultaneously
- Familiarity and comfort with developing skills related to appropriate technical tools/ technologies will be key
- Advanced and excellent MS PowerPoint, Excel and writing skills
- Strong inter-personal skills; the ability to handle conflict and manage expectations
- Appropriate personality, character and gravitas will be key
- Familiarity with transformation/ re-engineering concepts
MS Project, SharePoint (basic Javascript & HTML), Qlikview/Qliksense Skills (desired)
