Essential Qualifications : Two years full-time MBA (Marketing/Finance)/Chartered Accountant

Work Experience : 10-12 years of work experience in the BFSI business development/marketing role

Essential Behavioral and Communication Skills :

- Strong marketing, sales, negotiation skills are a pre-requisite, excellent stakeholder management

- Candidate should have high self-drive and motivation with persistence to achieve results/outcomes

- Excellent communication skills and should be able to communicate at senior management level. Must have good interpersonal skills

- Ability to deliver relevant solutions quickly by liaising with relevant stakeholders and driving the agenda forward

- Self-motivated team player, taking ownership, being accountable, organizational prioritization skills, proactive, ability to multitask, ambitious, independent and positive mind set

- Excellent oral and written communication
