The Client Integration Assistant Vice President (AVP) is responsible for the technical migration of clients from the legacy platform to. The AVP is responsible for the successful delivery within a project management framework, integrating existing clients into the environment, management of virtual project teams. The role involves dealing with the senior management within project, clients and external vendors. The ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written is essential. The role will also include a requirement to cover multiple time zones.
Project Manage / Functional Task Owner
- Stakeholder in defining the migration framework of new platform
- Coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure workflows will meet end user needs and capture all sets of requirements
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project scope is documented, agreed and completed at planning phases
- Identify issues/concerns and recommend solutions for any/all high-risk project elements
