Candidate should have experience in Banking Industry

- We are proposing to develop a system which will be one stop solution for the branch resource. The branch resource will access only this system for resolving all customer queries. The system will extract the information from the systems having information on Saving, Current, FD, RD, Loan, Credit Card, Insta Kit, Analytics solution, Deliverable management etc.

- All regulatory requirements from the customer will be displayed as 'Pop Up'.This will be only channel to raise any service request for the customer / internal stakeholders. It will ensure - Instant gratification- of customer service request at branch end basis the authentication of the customer. All financial transactions will be done through this system.

- The concerned role is responsible forend to end implementation of the above mentioned system for the branch.

- Understanding the nature of queries received by the branches and the information required for servicing the customers. Preparing detailed requirement document covering all the systems from which the information needs to be extracted.

- Coordinating with IT for development of the system within acceptable timeline.

- Designing the processes which will enable - Instant Gratification- for the customers at the branches in coordination with different stakeholders within bank.

- Conducting the User Acceptance Testing for the solution delivered by IT.

- Partnering with different units like product, sales etc. on designing simple processes for cross selling.

- Monitoring the usage of the system and incorporating the feedback received from branch / product / audit etc.
