Job Summary :

- The digital revolution is transforming the audit profession. The Analytics COE Lead will serve as an analytics champion for the Global Internal Audit department.

- Goals of this role include ensuring top class analytics delivery by the COE as per the agreed performance levels, promoting innovative usage of technology to enhance Analytics; stakeholder management ; talent management and development.

- The analytics team utilizes an enterprise level Hadoop platform, including leading technologies to solve complex business problems.

Position Description :

- Lead the Global Internal Audit Analytics COE - build, lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals located in India, and service Audit analytics requirements at a global level

- Own day to day delivery of standard and custom Analytics Solutions to support Audit

- Understand audit objectives, align objectives to an analytical solution. Work with the technical team members to build, analyze and deliver the solution to address the problem statement, in accordance with the performance and quality measures

- Communicate technical results to end users in non technical terms.

- Supervise the technical work delivery by the Analytics COE providing timely coaching, feedback and guidence.

- Identify new use cases to support through Analytics and convert them from Custom to Standard analytics

- Support the Internal Audit team in creation and periodic re-evaluation of the annual audit plan, using BI dashboards & risk models.

- Act as a catalyst for change, championing analytics and innovation

- Shift timing - up to 10 pm IST

Must-Have Skills/Qualifications :

- Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance

- 9-12 years of overall experience with 6-7 years in an Audit function, preferably with a Big 4 firm

- 4-5 years of experience working with end users to align analytical solutions to business objectives - esp on Enterprise level Data

- Ability to think creatively to solve business problems leveraging technology, analytics, data science and automation

- Basic level understanding of Business Intelligence principles

- Technical skills - Intermediate SQL, Qlikview (visualisation), Google Big Query for data extraction and manipulation

- Comfortable working in a project based enviroment

- Strong communication skills and proficiency with the English language

- Strong Stakeholder management skills

- Shift timing - upto 10 pm IST

Nice-to-Have Skills/Qualifications :

- Experience of working with Hadoop platform components and analytical tools such as Python, Hive, and/ or R.

- Expert knowledge in SQL / HQL coding languages.

- Working knowledge of SAP backend data tables.

- Experience operating in the Google Cloud Platform environment
