Assistant Vice President/Assistant Director - M&A/Private Equity - Deal Advisory - BFS (5-10 yrs)
- Building relationships with key transaction oriented / acquisitive groups in the identified sector / region
- Preparing pitches for obtaining new mandates
- Assist in identifying interesting companies for pitching / ideation
- Coordinating and managing the financial, tax, commercial and operational due diligence process in a transaction
- Keep abreast of new developments in the profession, the business, the industry and the regulatory environment
- Build a strong network with peers and professionals in the field.
- Preparing and finalization of the transaction documentation including the initial Information Memorandum, financial model and the definitive agreements
- Must have seen at least 2-3 end to end transaction cycle from origination to deal closure
