Assistant Vice President - Asset Servicing - Banking

- Role incumbent will be responsible for managing asset service operations which includes corporate actions, Incentive Compensation practice

- Drive process assessment and gap analysis

- Responsible for fulfillment of contractual obligations and completion of deliverables of the team, and within own area of responsibilities etc.

- Will be managing a team of professionals along with managing senior stakeholders etc.,

- Will be managing multiple geographies which primarily includes APAC and EMEA.

Desired skill set:-

- Should have 12+ years of work experience from financial services / banking background which should include Asset servicing, corporate action, dividend, Fixed income, core settlement

- Should have Good experience in driving automation, Transformation, process standardization along with operation.

- Should possess excellent comm skills and should be open to work with shifts.
