Job description :


- We are looking for experts in the field of analytics and business insights who can help us leverage the power of data. The goal is to create more value for millions of aspirants who rely on our client for their exam preparation needs.

- This is a senior leadership role. The head of analytics will work with all vertical heads to play a central role in defining and measuring key metrics across product, marketing, business, and customer success.

- Experience in digital B2C companies where a huge amount of data is stored and crunched is mandatory. The role will also require knowledge of marketing analytics, statistical techniques, data warehousing, real-time analytics architectures, and reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities :

- Owning all usage data recorded during the use of Clients- digital products

- Defining and implementing dashboards for various teams so that teams can take decisions based on insights from data

- Servicing and owning adhoc data requirements from various teams

- Identify the immediate needs of the Analytical and BI infrastructure, with a focus on setting up the ecosystem end to end

- Partner with product and marketing teams to design, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate hypothesis tests aimed at optimizing customer experience, business KPIs and product funnels.

- Define best practice and thought leadership around business insights and analytics

- Build out our Analytics and reporting engine from its infancy, eliminating redundancy and inefficiency in order to make our products more dynamic, intelligent and predictive

- Apply your knowledge and expertise in quantitative analysis, predictive modelling and data mining to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our products

- Work closely with Product Development leadership to drive product and business decisions

- Candidates who have relevant work experience of 4+ years with technology product companies on the above problems are ideally suited to apply.
