Experience and competence:

- Qualification - Engineering Graduate - Civil Stream (Preferred)

- Excellent Knowledge of Computers / Word /Advance Excel + Power point, AutoCAD

- Excellent English Communication Skill (written & verbal).

- Must have good Skill set on Landscape.

General :

- Serve as team leader for co-located and on/offsite administration.

- Coordinate a variety of resources, obtain information for this special projects.

- Create Project presentations and create and maintain spreadsheets and databases confidentially.

Job Summary :

- Manage the administrative techno commercial functions, including Project reports, project analysis, coordinating schedules, arranging travel, composing memorandum, reports, correspondence, and other related technical tasks.

- Will be responsible for coordinating efforts of the different departments, to include organizing meetings, supporting conference calls, and establishing consistent, efficient administrative work instructions related to projects.

- Add value through technical understanding of the work processes and resources, structure and business of the organization, including when and how to access them Knowledge.

- Preparation of concise design briefs to the Design Co-Ordinator for design preparation including budget allowances for works required.

- Determine and manage Amusement park project priorities to ensure effective application of resources to achieve project outcomes.

- Delivery benchmarks, project budget targets and company revenue/profit objectives for projects, liaising with the Vendors and other.

- Project Managers in relation to resource allocation & sharing. Regularly review the productivity, effectiveness, quality and profitability of projects, including project follow-up to monitor project deliverable and client satisfaction levels.

- Ensure that the design and the implementation for the work has been aligned.

- Monitoring staff for the performance and for the Monthly, quarterly, yearly evaluation of the work.

- Prepare, review and approve fee submissions, proposals or tenders in accordance with TGMs Project Administration Procedures.

- Ensure projects are executed in accordance with Management and Project Administration Procedures including project initiation, fee proposals and acceptance, project administration, document control, invoicing and project reviews and assessments including IT system Coordination.

- Build, maintain and continue to develop appropriate professional relationships and networks within the industry to ensure. Retains a high level of respect and regard.

- Review and make recommendations to the Manager Engineering in relation to equipment and resource requirements, to effectively and efficiently deliver projects.

- Ensure a safe working environment is provided for all team members. Ensure TGMs professional standards are maintained and company objectives in relation to budget targets, service quality, company reputation, OH&S and environmental standards are and take responsibility for compliance with external and internal standard.

Candidate must be an Engineering Graduate with Civil discipline who can prepare various analytical technical reports and must be handling same role with any other Amusement Park Project.

- Position is Based at Assam

- Amusement park Experience is mandatory.
