Assistant Vice President - Advanced Analytics - BFSI (10-15 yrs)
Major Deliverables: -
1. Drive Advanced analytics across entire group
2. Manage team of 8 to 10 data scientists
3. Use sophisticated statistical techniques to design advanced analytical scorecards for customer acquisition, customer lifecycle management and collection/recoveries
4. Manage Bureau relationship and leverage it for market trends/insights
5. Data augmentation through external Group partners for better scoring
6. Digitalization of Risk Management Processes
7. Use of Machine Learning algorithm for advanced analytics
8. Collaborate with business users for implementation and monitoring of scorecards/solutions
9. Implementation of analytical solutions through IT platform
10. Interact with senior management and business stakeholders for driving business growth through analytical solutions
Specialized job competencies:
- Hands on experience with scoring/data modeling
- Tools: SAS, R, Python, Knowledge Seeker
- Statistical Techniques: Logistic Regression, Segmentation, Forecasting, Machine Learning Techniques, Optimization
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate/ Graduate in Statistics/Engineering, MBA
Desired Experience:
- 10 to 15 Yrs of experience in Indian BFSI Sector (Minimum 8 years into BFSI)
Other desired attributes:
- Team Management, Stakeholder Management, Good interpersonal & presentation skills
