OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE : Managing Accounts payable processes, Digital payments and Insurance accounting
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Weightage
- Responsible for payment system automation and digitization of payment modules
- Responsible for reviewing vendor on-boarding documents and selection of vendors
- Responsible for distribution and Agency related payments
- Responsible for Regulatory reporting
- Coordinate with other Dept and resolve payment related issues
- Responsible for complete internal and statutory audits for department
- Study existing departmental processes and recommend improvement wherever applicable and feasible
- Responsible for reporting monthly MIS and other report
TOTAL : 100%
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS :
Qualification : Qualified CA
Work experience in years : 7 years +
Skills / experience required :
- Experience in finance, accounting, payments and auditing in Insurance or Banking or telecom or other Financial services company.
- Excellent communication and inter personal skills
- Knowledge of digital payment processes
- Should be strong in handling multiple priorities
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Hands on in Oracle/SAP accounting package
- Proficiency in MS Excel, word, power point
