Assistant Vice President - Accounts - Manufacturing

- Experience in Budgeting, Costing and Taxation

- Develop and coordinate Plant Cost & Production plans aligned to Sales orders, Monthly forecasts (OPEX), Financial reconciliations.

- Reports and analysis for management (Yields / Efficiency / Recovery / Mfg overheads) including variance analysis and cost control reporting and recommendations

- Ensuring for proper cost accounting system in place and monitoring the variance for the better utilization of all available resources.

- Support and validate the Budgets & forecasts prepared by the site financial controllers and continuous monitoring of the same to ensure that requisite actions are taken to meet the budget well in time.

- Effectively manage the working capital components of the plant with specific attention to stock, debtors and cash balances.

- Develop systems and practices to ensure monthly reconciliation of inventory, debtors and cash balances.

- Monitors and provides support for continuous improvement in plant productivity and yield improvement.

- Presenting plant performance operating results to management.

- Risk management in collaboration with the Head of Finance (HoF).

- Managing Statutory and Internal audits & secretarial compliance.

- Implantation of risk management (J- SOX) A level compliance.

- Implementation of Navision ERP.

- Dashboard analysis of KPI / KRA / process improvement / TPM data / KIZEN validation.

- Conversant with all Taxation Laws which include Central Excise, VAT, Service Tax, TDS, TCS etc.
