Profile

- 4 to 6 years experience in Scientific medical training as well as selling skills training for medical representatives & 1st Line managers in Pharma Industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct training's, both classroom and on the field, on Product and Selling skills.

2. Conceptualise and create trainings on Product and Selling skills.

3. Answer field queries from Doctors and Scientific Representatives.

4. Update training manual

5. Worked in field to know training requirements

Skills

- Good command over written and spoken English

- Public speaking skills

- Willingness to travel

- An avid reader of medical literature and have a flair for communicating scientific messages.

- Self-motivation

- Effective interpersonal skills.

- Computer literacy

- Knowledge of MS office/PPT/Word 

Qualification

- B/Pharm + MBA in Human Resources /Marketing/ M. Pharm/Pharm D/ Certification in Training
