Social Media Marketing Assistant - Investment Bank


Overview : The organization is a global boutique investment bank dedicated to delivering M&A and capital raising advisory services exclusively to technology services, software, consulting and business process managing companies. The firm serves mid-market companies and institutional investors worldwide from its offices in the UK, United States, Canada, Australia and India.

Scope :

- The company is seeking to hire an experienced individual full time to oversee their LinkedIn marketing strategy, creating an impact on the company's response rates, relationship nurturing and LinkedIn following.

- The individual should have excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail and extensive knowledge of the platform.

- This role will be a fully remote with a highly talented team and at a firm that offers flexibility, exposure to stimulating work and career progression.

Responsibilities :

i. Work alongside the Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate the new LinkedIn marketing strategy to nurture leads and increase the brand development response rates.

ii. Work with the marketing and sales department in formatting and creating written collateral for LinkedIn marketing.

iii. Act as the internal LinkedIn expert and produce best practice documentation and processes to improve performance.

iv. Increase the organization's brand awareness and social media following on LinkedIn.

v. Be responsible for creating and maintaining Excel reports on the LinkedIn ROI.

Qualifications :

i. 3+ years as a a LinkedIn marketing professional or similar capacity who specializes in helping convert leads through LinkedIn.

ii. Extensive experience in working on the LinkedIn platform/Sales navigator for lead generation and relationship nurturing.

iii. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel).

iv. Investment banking/asset management/financial industry or similar experience is an added advantage.

i. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

ii. Flexible and diligent at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

iii. High level of organization and attention to detail.

iv. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.
