Client Details :
Our client is a US MNC and one of the largest medical devices organisations in the world. They are renowned for their product portfolio and have a strong mark in Indian market. Currently, they are looking to expand their operations and hence, are looking to recruit a Assistant Service Manager, based out of their office in Chennai.
Description :
Reporting to the Regional Head, you will be responsible for:
- Handling Service Issues in the region and monitoring of Service calls from Engineers.
- Out of warranty to Contract conversion, timely renewals of CMC, Negotiation with customers for CMC and repairs, Consumable sale, timely billing and collection of AR from Dealers and Customers
- Spares and Loaner Inventory Management, Spares consumption in CRM
- Manage training for Field Engineers
- Timely escalation & resolution of Service issues and Maintaining TAT and CSI under contro
- Install base Data Management
Profile :
- You will be a professional with more than 5 years of experience in managing customer service and operations with medical devices organisations. The client is looking for someone with excellent interpersonal, leadership skills and the ability to manage large scale operations
