Assistant Senior Manager - Service Business - Automotive (12-20 yrs)

Position : ASM - Assistant Senior Manager (Service)

Role & Responsibilities :

- Shall be responsible for Leading and Directing the Sales, Business Development and Marketing Activity for the Service Business.

- Customer acquisition and Key Account Management

- Would be leading the Sales Teams for Mechanical and B&P business across all locations.

- Responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating the product logistics of an assigned product /service line.

- Would be required to research, create, and implement effective strategic marketing plans and manage multiple tactical activities to reach a targeted audience.

- Direct activities product / service naming, branding, pricing, packaging, positioning, advertising/promotion, budgeting, and training.

In Addition :

- Experience in Field Sales (Institutional and Retail),

- Business Development mandatory preferably with an Automotive Principal

- Should have led a large sized Sales Operation across multiple locations for at least 3 - 5 years.

- Should have Experience & Knowledge of Market research / analysis; Consumer behavior research / analysis.

- Should excellent Communication and Presentation Skills ( Written and Verbal)

- Experience in Auto Industry preferable

- High level of Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel

Education : Preferably an MBA / PGDBM + B.E from a good institute

Experience : 8- 10 yrs of Experience

Age : 40- 48 years

Remuneration Package : Tax free annual remuneration package including benefits.

Salary up to : 18,000 Dhs ( including all benefits).
