Assistant Sales Manager - International B2B Market

What will be your duties & responsibilities?

- Sales Targeting: Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)

- Relationship Management: Manage relationships with existing customers and ensure exceptional customer service.

- Team Management: Manages and guides a team of associates to ensure a consistent pipeline of warm leads.

- Coordination: Coordinates closely with the Operations team to ensure effective execution of customer inquiries

- Data Management: Ensures high-quality of data capture and accurately manages sales orders on a real-time basis

- Client Calling: Place phone calls (40 to 50) to clients

What are the key requirements & skills?

- Minimum 2 years experience in Outbound Sales, preferably in International B2B markets

- B2B sales experience is a huge plus

- Demonstrated experience in generating strong revenue numbers in the respective organization

- Minimum Bachelor's degree

- Willingness to work night shifts.
