Assistant Relationship Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)

Position Purpose: To assist the Relationship Manager in developing and managing relationships with mainly Public Sector Undertakings / Government companies and part of Financial Institutions.

Position Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare the credit approval/renewal memorandum and risk analysis reports

- Understanding of client's business model and assessment of client's credit requirement

- Approval from risk and credit committee.

- Financial analysis and client wise risk monitoring.

- Proactive portfolio management, review and improve credit quality of clients portfolio.

2. Syndicate and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery to client.

- Documentation, execution and disbursement and other house keeping

- Exceptions tracking and follow ups

- Monitor income MIS and ensure nil leakages

- Covenant tracking

- Documentation compliance

- Adhere to regulatory requirements

3. Assisting RM in acquiring and managing the existing FIGU clients.

- Relationship Management

- Execution of account level strategy

- Ensure client service excellence

- Client due diligence and monitoring

- Industry Interface

4. Maximise revenue generation and customer value from a portfolio of relationships and assist the RM towards achievement of the revenue targets. Understand and anticipate client's needs as well as identify incremental sales opportunity.

- Meet advances and investment targets

- Focus on increasing NII

- Other Income (Fee/DCM/FX/Trade)

- Build CASA Book

5. Focus on offering financial solutions to FIGU clients on wide range of asset and liability products including cash management, treasury, capital market, wealth products and other liability products for the bank

- Focus on Cross sell products (Salary A/cs, Insurance, FX remittance, CMS, etc)

- Deliver an excellent customer experience
