Key responsibilities includes

- Change management across functions

- Project Planning, scoping and tracking (as per best practice guidelines).

- Ensure timely delivery for all the enhancements Systematic approach for project screening Project of BAU, Audit, Regulatory in nature

- Managing & prioritizing projects aligned with Org strategies

- Formulating models of the processes using visual diagrams in the form of business process models

- Creation of project charter, project scope

- Plan cost management, procurement management

- Lias with stakeholder & govern the projects

Position Purpose

- monitor performance,

- coordinate stakeholders community,

- manage contractual framework,

- monitor budget and invoicing,

- lead / supervise offshoring otimization projects.
