One of the leading business house having presence in various sectors like FMCG, IT, Apparel, Hotels,Packaging and Agri products is Urgently looking for Assistant Manager Production

Looking for candidates from Premier Engineering Colleges specifically from IIT Delhi/Mumbai/Chennai/Kanpur/Kharagpur/Guwahati/Roorkee, NIT Warangal/Trichy/Surat and BITS Pilani with minimum CGPA of 8/10

3 to 4 years of experience, strongly only from Manufacturing Sector with mobility is required

Our Client is looking for candidates with strong shop floor experience into production and maintenance from various well known companies for below mentioned industries:

1. FMCG

2. Automotive

3. Heavy Engineering

Below is the brief requirment of the client:

- Working for managing the production or maintenance.

- Updating and maintain the Production & TPM related records.

- Maintaining 5S on Shop Floor.

- Working for maintaining the validation schedule as per plan of fixture validation

- Working culture & environment according to CO's Production System.

- Supplier quality improvement process.

- Skill matrix programme for all TMs.

- Monitoring Improvement plan regarding the Contamination level/ process /Handling improvement.

- Responsible for maintaining the Safety command centre and Production command centre.

- Responsible for training of CO's Production System to Team members
