Description

The position will report directly to the Business Manager and be responsible for the following

- To drive successful execution of marketing plans, campaigns & promotion strategies

- To manage successful execution of new product launches and digital & social media strategy

- To plan and execute participation in varied types of conferences, exhibitions, workshops, CMEs and hospital programs, etc to showcase our product portfolio

- To manage smooth flow of demo inventory for tenders & promotional events.

- To nourish and develop professional and credible relationships with key opinion leaders and reference training centres

- To develop product positioning benefit ladder and value propositions at individual brand and customer or segment level

Profile

- The candidate must have a Bachelors Degree with 5 years of work experience or MBA/Masters Degree with 3 years of work experience in Healthcare Industry (Medical Devices / Capital Equipment will be preferred)
