Responsibilities:

The role requires you to work alongside the Business, Operations and Engineering team to create product features that are easy to use and solve complex design issues.

- Have a sound understanding of all the operational processes related to warehousing and fulfilment

- Improve and re-define the flow of inventory to increase efficiency/increase reliability

- Observe workers on the floor as they interact with technical interfaces; understand any problems they might be facing in execution

- Along with design - create wireframes, user flows and prototypes to communicate requirements to the tech team

- Discuss with all relevant stakeholders and document SOP of shop floor workers (and others interacting with the internal ERP) in terms of how they are supposed to use the panel in order to carry out their duties

- Collaborate with various teams to efficiently deliver projects.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience working in a product team

- Prior experience in working on complex problem statements and translating them to a technical solution

- Have a good understanding of UI/UX principles, Have empathy towards end user and have the ability to advocate usability across platforms.

- Demonstrated keen attention to detail

- Hands-on experience in developing UX flows is a big plus

- Hands-on experience with SQL and other modes of data analysis is a big plus

- Good understanding of technical knowledge related to e-commerce websites / operations tech is a plus

- Prior experience in the operations domain is a plus
