Opportunity to lead the Adult diaper, Baby diaper and Sanitary Napkin categories for the only leading Indian company in the diaper sector.

Job Description

- We are looking for an Assistant Product Manager with outstanding product development, research & analysis skills for entire business.

- Focus on product development for 4 brands in company's portfolio:

Roles and Responsibilities: (will include but not be limited to the following)

- Product Management: Tracking the competitive landscape, accounting for pricing, product research, product offering, product modification, packaging changes, product customization for different markets, formulate strategy for new customer acquisition etc

- New Product Introduction: Exploring new product opportunities, Packaging Design, Product research, Product Launch Plan, Launch Tracking.

- Consumer research including Ad pretesting, brand health tracking, Product research, etc.

- Defines the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Nobel hygiene.

- Gathers, manages, and prioritizes market/customer requirements.

- Acts as the customer advocate articulating the users and/or buyers needs.

- Works closely with R&D , sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.

- Defines what to solve in the market needs document, where you articulate the valuable market problem you're solving along with priorities and justification for each part of the solution.

- Runs beta and pilot programs during the qualify phase with almost final products and samples. In Agile environments, regularly reviews completed work and checks with customers to ensure that it meets the customer expectations.

- Market expertise includes understanding the reasons customers purchase products. This includes a deep understanding of the competition, and how customers think of and buy your product. Product Managers need market research and competitive analysis skills to complete these tasks.

- Acts as the products leader within the company.

- Develops the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures.

- Develops positioning for the product.

- Recommends or contributes information in setting product pricing, an awareness of competitive pricing is part of what companies expect you to provide as part of the pricing decision.

Education Qualification required

Any Graduate with MBA (Marketing)

Key Skills and Attitude Required

- Proven work experience in product management or as a Product Manager.

- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

- Handling Vendors

- Data analysis

- Ability to work in fast changing dynamic category & company environment.

Experience

- MBA Minimum 2- 5 years of experience in FMCG

- Has technical product knowledge (domain expertise) Diaper/Sanitary napkins/Other Hygiene products
