Assistant Product Manager ( HR Tech B2B)

Key Responsibilities :

- Product ownership of certain features and user flows on web/mobile-web

- Understand business/product requirements and translate them into clear actionables

- Own entire product delivery including JIRA by closely working with the technology teams

- Provide analytics-based insights to help iterate on the product to make it more customer-centric

- Act as product SPOC for various teams (Sales, SEO, marketing, tech, design etc.) - Benchmark and have an ear-to-the-ground on competition and technology and HR trends

- Meticulously monitor KPIs and provide business/product insights

- Independently execute projects such as user research - Ideate and conceptualize new product features

Ideal Candidate :

- B.E./B.Tech. with 2-3 years working closely with tech or product teams in internet companies OR MBA with 1-2 years- experience in product roles

- Acute sense of ownership and well-set personal mechanism of maintaining task-lists

- Strong analytical & logical reasoning skills: understands data and can draw conclusions from it

- Strong interpersonal skills and pleasing personality to collaborate with multiple teams

- Must be well-versed with excel, powerpoint and has basic knowledge of NoSQL

- Experience in creating project plans and delivering projects

- The role is based out of Hauz Khas, Delhi.

Platform Languages :

- Laravel(PHP), Python, NodeJS

- NoSQL databases (data model design) and Mongo DB

- Object oriented language Python
