Opportunity as a Assistant Operations Manager - Strategic Alliances
Key Responsibilities For The Role :
- Process Re-engineering & Management : Develop, design and own the processes for end to end partnerships operations for the business function
- Stakeholders Management : Co-ordinate with internal functions aggressively to ensure that the orders are fulfilled before set timelines
- Order Management : Own the life cycle of order fulfilment; right from confirmed order lead to payment reconciliation and deliver 7 star experience to the customers
- Data Management : Analytical Skills with competency in MS- Excel, Google Sheets and any other IT tools.
- Partnership Operations Management : Understand the partner operations structure, align internal business functions accordingly to ensure the business optimizations and growth

- Must be able to think, design and develop processes independently with high speed of execution
- Must be a people person with a go getter attitude as this position requires hustle and coordination with all internal functions
- 1-4 years of experience either in similar role or operations or logistics or distribution or operations consulting or process management/ re-engineering consulting
- Highly analytical with high degree of competency in MS-Excel, Google Sheets and any CRM products
- MBA in Operations/Logistics/Supply Chain will be preferred but not mandatory
- Strong writing and communication skills (English and any other local language )
- Exposure to rural India or agriculture will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
