Position shall be based out of Jakarta,Indonesia

Passport is must for this position.

Candidate should have worked with Telecom companies like (Vodafone, Idea, Airtel, MTS, Reliance etc..)

Salary : negotiable (with 17L bracket)

Experience : 5+ years in telecom ; relevant exp in UnR / Prepaid product / CLM

Brief about the company : Our client is an American telecom company deals in telecom designs and delivers intuitive technologies. They have recently acquired a Indian telecom service provider, they are into artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics-powered marketing platform for pre-paid mobile operators that deliver new revenue streams. they provide mobile operators the ability to market and monetize personalized services to pre-paid subscribers across mobile advertising, mobile messaging and mobile financial services.

To ensure the targeted revenues are delivered through:

- Understanding consumer requirements and aligning product offerings to the same

- Understanding usage behavior of existing subs and maximizing their revenue delivery from them through relevant offerings.

- Gain market insights on consumer purchase and trade sale behavior and convert the same into revenue drivers

- Manage revenue MIS to be able to take course corrections on revenue delivery plans

- Retain revenue delivering subs via running customized offers while ensuring there are no out of pocket costs associated with the initiative.

- Manage the operators product road map and life cycle

Revenue Delivery Health :

- Ensure talking subs are latched on to the network (VLR to HLR Ratio)

- Unique Callers for the day

- Duration of calls

- Recharge instances/Sub

- Value of recharge/Instance

Revenue Maximization :

- Increase in MOU

- Increase in High Voice MOU (OnNet and Offnet)

- Pack penetration thereby increase in consumption

Retention :

- DREC management

- Maximization of days on network thereby get a larger % of cumulative spend
