- Review of Federal tax returns (Standalone / Consolidated) for US Corporate Tax Payers as per IRS

- M1, M3 Adjustments, Bonus Depreciation, 1120, review & preparation,

- Review of work papers for Taxable Income Calculations for Federal, state and CFC's

- Form 926, Form 8858, Form 5471, Form 5472 etc. International tax filings and foreign information reporting

- Form 4562, Form 4797- Fixed Asset and depreciation / Gain or loss

- Assisting team members to prepare for e-file and review of XMLs

- Planning, Executing, Directing, Tax Projects.

- Responsible for monitoring engagement budgets and workflow

- Responsible for managing a team 4-6 people.
