Looking for AM - UK Direct Taxation, MNC Captive, Mumbai

- Qualified CA with 3 - 6 years' experience in UK direct tax

- Must have experience in working on One source tax computation tool

- Technical accounting knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102) and consolidation principles

- Calculation of accurate deferred and current tax position

- Knowledge of UK tax laws

- Very good communication skills - both written and verbal

- Performing compliance for tax accounting which includes current tax and deferred tax calculation in line with UK-GAAP/FRS102/IFRS accounting standards.

- Accurate preparation of low and medium complexity UK Corporation Tax returns and computations across a range of industries using the firm's OneSource software.

- Timely filing of UK corporation tax returns

- Strong excel skills
