RESPONSIBILITIES: - Preparing annual statutory accounts and producing monthly financial accounts. - Ensuring complete and accurate posting of transactions to the general ledger and the related accounting systems. - Month end Journals - Forecasting, budgeting and Variance analysis. - Process improvement and managing the workflow. - Produce information for tax and statutory reporting. - Support the production of monthly management MI &amp; financial accounts. - Ensuring operation of agreed financial controls including all relevant reconciliations. - Ensuring SLA measurements are reliable and appropriate. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: - Qualified Chartered accountant - Must have sound knowledge of IFRS &amp; UKGAAP. - Technical accounting knowledge - IFRS. - Knowledge of Word, Cognos and Business Objects - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with sound knowledge of Advanced Excel and Peoplesoft.
