Assistant Manager - TV Media Sales @ New Delhi/ Bangalore, India Our client is one of the oldest independent media sales companies in India founded in 1985 and has marketed time and space across media from video cassettes, television, out-of-home, radio and most recently digital. Currently they are involved in 3 Media verticals - TV (representing various channels exclusively in India for their international ad-sales), OOH (the OOH specialist media agency) and finally Digital (which provides innovative solutions in the digital space). Position : Assistant Manager - TV Media Sales. There are 2 Positions - one each at Delhi and Bangalore Education : Any UG/ PG/ MBA Experience : 4 - 6 Years in TV media sales Location : New Delhi/ Bangalore Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : - Candidate will be responsible for strategies to develop, retain &amp; grow shares with each client in North/ South India markets for business by ensuring sales and collection targets are met for the region on a monthly basis. - Building relationship with clients, media buyers and agencies through constant engagement backed with a deep understanding of their requirements. Client Servicing- being involved in execution and campaign monitoring, campaign feedback and collections. - Adopting a consultative/concept selling Sales approach by having a deep understanding of the product and having a clear USP of the product that will fulfill the client needs. Ensuring sales kit/presentations are up to date. - Independently Identifying new clients/categories/regions to increase customer base and ensuring all three levels of people ie decision makers, influencers and implementers are met.&nbsp; - Continuous competitor mapping by markets &amp; categories on a bi-monthly basis. Monitoring channel performance through reports and presenting it to clients on a regular basis. - Ensure Individual goals achieved for all channels as well as individual properties.
