Assistant Manager - Treasury Reporting & Controls - Back Office (4-12 yrs)

Hiring for a leading FMCG client:
Key activities summary: Managing Treasury Back Office
- Responsible on daily basis to ensure OTIF settlements of all outstanding items that include :
a. Bonds and Commercial Papers settlements including periodic interest settlements
b. FX derivatives with external counterparties
c. Intercompany settlements like loans, interests, payments, derivates
d. Intra entity bank to bank transfers
e. Matching and confirmations of derivatives with counterparties
- Daily Bank reconciliations to match all cashflows from the Treasury system to the bank statements and ensure all timely resolution of all open items.
- Monthly current account interest settlement between the inhouse bank and the operations entities including hedging of the interest in the inhouse bank
- SLA creation for new entities under cash-pool model and maintenance of existing SLAs
- System setup and maintenance of clients and counterparties, MT940 interfaces, bank account setups
- Regulatory reporting of derivatives like EMIR
- Support Projects for Treasury Reporting and Controls
Main Accountabilities
- On time and in full settlements and confirmations of all Treasury transactions (zero tolerance to error)
- Daily reconciliations of all treasury related bank accounts maintaining zero open items
- Monthly accounting and hedging of interest on current accounts
- Monthly reconciliations and resolutions of all intercompany mismatches between inhouse bank and operating entities.
- Monitoring and correcting fallouts on automated intercompany settlements
- Completing all audits with zero non-conformances for internal, external, SOX audits
- Resolution on all open queries on operating counterparties with inhouse bank.

Relevant Experience
- Min 4 years of experience in Investment Banking / Large Corporate Treasury/ Group Financial Reporting/Banking Teams
- Professional qualification of CA/MBA/CS/CA INTER/CS INTER
