Assistant Manager - Treasury - NBFC

Company : A leading NBFC of a Top Conglomerate

Position : Asst. Manager - Treasury

Location : Chennai

Qualification : CA/MBA-Finance

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensuring maintenance of Treasury systems and implementing all treasury related processes within the defined guidelines and Policies

- Assist in managing the company's credit facilities (Revolver and term loans)

- Handling various queries of Banks, Rating Agencies, auditors and other investors

- Strong skills in negotiating, relationship building, problem solving, and timely problem escalation.

- Ensuring tight controls and periodical reconciling of all treasury related GLs

- Ensure timely adherence to RBI related compliance's

- Hands-on experience in treasury and Asset Liability Management systems

- Timely reporting of all function and related MIS, by Performing month-end and quarterly-end treasury related close functions

Key Requirements :

- Around 3 years Hands-on experience in treasury and Asset Liability Management systems, exposure to NBFC/BFSI will be Preferable

- Efficient cash-flow management skills

- Sound understanding of Accounting

- Adopt to changes in internal policies as per external requirements

- Keeping track and adopting to new statutory guidelines namely RBI

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Excellent presentation skills.
