Assistant Manager - Treasury - Chemical/Construction/FMCG (4-8 yrs)
- Information Exchange and query resolution with working capital banks for assessment of fund and fund based limits and annual renewal
- Preparation Of CMA and Treasury presentations
- Working on term loan proposals such as information support for TEV, LIE, TSR, Valuation Reports, etc
- Vetting of WC and TL sanction letters
- Vetting of documentation related to working capital and term loans, NCD
- XIRR calculations of Loans
- Monitoring Financial covenants
- Monitoring term loan payment and interest schedules
- Liaising with credit rating agencies for information exchanges
- GL Scruitiny for treasury transactions co-ordination with banks for all borrowing related matters
