Designation / Position : Assist Manager - Transition Exp: 3 to 6 yrs Location: Bangalore CTC: 12lpa Job Description : - Work with Onshore leadership and end client to understand and expectation on the transition of client - Provide input for proposals to Onshore leadership to bid in the market - Estimate the resource requirement based on the client hours projection - Prepare and follow up governance structure followed correctly for all transition clients - Identify the team to allocate the clients based on capacity and follow up per the transition timelines - Schedule regular calls with US leadership to discuss progress and challenges of transition - Prepare the transition progress tracker and present it to Onshore leadership - Follow up with US client manager about the required documents and database to set up the client - Schedule internal meeting with respective team to analyze the progress of transition - Collect feedback from US client manager post the Go Live - Schedule wrap up call with US client manager to close the transition - Plan and structure the adhoc and EOM task transition requests from Onshore team Profile Description: Role - Transition and related Operations for Indirect tax Level - AM (Ind.
