Client Details :
Our client is a US-based Consultancy firm. They provide Accounting Advisory, Consultancy and Taxation services to their clients. They have recently started their operations in India and are currently growing and expanding rapidly.
Description :
- Managing the Compliance/Documentation and Advisory aspects of Transfer Pricing for the Global clients.
- Identification of International transactions, selection of the most appropriate method, documentation and preparation of Transfer Pricing study reports.
- Complete Transfer Pricing assignments which include bench-marking studies for various multinational clients.
- Assisting clients in Transfer Pricing planning.
- Recruiting and Managing the Transfer Pricing Team
Profile :
- A qualified CA or MBA from a pioneer institute.
- A minimum of 4 years of Post Qualification experience.
- Should be from a Consultancy (Preferably a Big 4)
- A deep understanding in Transfer Pricing and International Taxation.
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
