Assistant Manager -Transfer Pricing
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Supporting senior leadership and middle management of tax and advisory functions in the region.
- Understanding Transfer Pricing case laws, working on case rulings, data assessments, litigation matters.
- Analysis and preparation of business proposals and engagement proposals and present recommendations based on multiples sources
- Reviewing advisory reports, articles on legal / technical matters, legal submissions, etc.
- Carrying out comprehensive Transfer Pricing advisory engagements & Tax reviews for the clients
- Ensuring quality of delivery from the team through compliance and advisory documents.
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
- Planning out resources based on project requirements.
