Location: Gurgaon / Mumbai

Shift Timings: 3 PM to Midnight.

CTC- up to 12 lpa

US Shift Timings-3:00 PM - 12:00 AM ( MID NIGHT)

Joining Time: Immediate

As a Financial Analyst in the Transaction Advisory Services vertical, you will support Transaction Support professionals to convert raw financial data to structured financial schedules in a uniform format for due diligence engagements. You will be assisting the Transaction Support team in final quality reviews by performing casting and cross-referencing for due diligence reports and data books. You will work closely with project teams to provide other value-added support.

Responsibilities:

- Review financial data received from Transaction Support professionals and understand the expectations of data schedules to be prepared from the project team.

- Convert raw financial data into well-structured financial schedules in a databook conforming to standardized formatting requirements and deliver a complete databook to the project team on a timely basis.

- Have worked on quality of earnings review in Due Diligence engagements Perform quality reviews on accuracy of casting and cross-referencing in databooks and reports.

- Work closely with project teams to provide continuous data compilation support during the entire due diligence process.

- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions to quickly turnaround data processing requests.

- Some travel (<20%) may be required.

Requirements:

- MBA Finance with 5 years of post-qualification experience / Chartered Accountants with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in compiling data books and carrying out Due

- Diligence Reviews for Transaction Advisory Services professionals.

- Highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel.

- Attentive to details and sensitive to numbers.

- Strong communication and client management skills.

- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
